Ticket scandal dismissed. Post with "charges" still available

The proceedings in the so-called ticket scandal were discontinued by the District Prosecutor's Office in Przemyśl. They did not find any signs of a crime. And in principle, the case is over, but the problem is that no one has finally taken responsibility for the written word, and the post with serious "accusations" that President Wojciech Bakun addressed to the residents of the city is still available on his Facebook profile.

The ticket scandal, which was publicized on the Internet by the city's mayor Wojciech Bakun himself, was the talk of the town for several days. It all started very innocently and pleasantly. The mayor wanted to surprise several hundred ladies on their holiday, March 8. This meant organizing a concert by a famous band. There was even a choice. The ladies themselves were to decide who would play for them. Ira was chosen. The concert was to take place in the sports hall of Primary School No. 14 in Przemyśl. There were tickets priced at PLN 30. 300 in total. They were to be sold from the morning of February 20 in two places - the Underground Tourist Route at Rynek 1 and at the ticket office of the Kazimierzowski Castle. That same day, while in distant Brussels, W. Bakun wrote on his Facebook profile (original spelling):

"Important information for all those who bought or wanted to buy tickets for the IRA concert organized on the occasion of Women's Day! All tickets from the current distribution are INVALID! Refunds will be made from Monday! I will soon provide information on whether and when the distribution of the correct tickets for the concert will begin! Personal consequences will be drawn against all those who improperly distributed the tickets and I do not care about the explanations that a councilor, priest, official or anyone else asked for it. We did not make reservations, and all tickets were to be distributed directly to customers!!! If someone (including some councilors) does not understand this, I will be happy to explain it to them! PS. I will be able to write more about the matter after returning from Brussels, after personally checking all signals of irregularities! I apologize to everyone who has been FRAUD!!!" ...
